Clause 10

Cancellation of identity card

Where a person has been registered under the provisions of this Act and the Minister is satisfied that the registration —

(a)

was obtained by means of fraud, false representation or the concealment of any material fact; or

(b)

was effected by mistake,the Minister may by order require the Commissioner to cancel the registration of such person.
