Clause 101

An appeal from the decision of a Kathi or Naib Kathi under this Act shall lie to the Appeal Board constituted under section 56 of this Act and the provisions of section 56 shall apply mutatis mutandis to appeals from the decision of a Kathi or Naib Kathi as they apply to appeals from the decision of the Shariah Court.
