Clause 103

Any marriage, divorce or revocation of divorce which has not been registered within the time prescribed by section 98 of this Act may, with the consent in writing of the Registrar, and subject to the provisions of subsections (3) to (5) inclusive of section 98 of this Act be registered by a Kathi within three months from the date of such marriage, divorce or revocation of divorce.
