Clause 26

Delegation of powers

(1)

The Majlis may by resolution delegate to the President or the Secretary or to any committee of the Majlis any part of its duties and powers, not being judicial or quasi-judicial powers, as it may deem fit. For the purposes of this section the powers conferred on the Majlis by sections 32 and 33 of this Act shall be deemed to be quasi-judicial powers.

(2)

It shall be the duty of every committee of the Majlis and of every other person or body to whom any powers of the Majlis may be delegated to inform the Majlis of all acts and things done by it or him as such committee or in pursuance of such delegation.
