Clause 66

The said annual balance-sheet, income and expenditure account and list of investment shall prior to the issue thereof be audited and certified as correct by the Director of Audit or a public officer authorized by the Director of Audit. A copy of the auditor’s certificate shall be annexed to all copies of the report and accounts as issued.
