Clause 9
Extent of validity of work permit
(1)
A work permit issued to an employee shall be valid only in respect of the trade or occupation and the employer specified therein.
(2)
A work permit issued to a contract worker shall be valid only in respect of the trade or occupation specified therein for a period of one year from the date of issue.
