Clause 3

There shall be constituted in Singapore a body to be known as “the Singapore Family Planning and Population Board”, which shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal. The Board may sue and be sued in its said name and perform such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform.
