Clause 2

Section 2 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1961 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby amended by deleting the definition of “park” appearing therein and substituting therefor the following: —“ “park” means to bring a motor vehicle to a stationary position and cause it to wait for any purpose other than that of immediately taking up or setting down persons, goods or luggage;”.
