Amendment of section 9

Subsection (1) of section 9 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “first” appearing in the first line thereof; and

(b)

by deleting the colon appearing at the end of the eleventh line thereof and substituting therefor a full-stop and by deleting the proviso thereto.
