Clause 12

Any renter, registered renter or hirer of films to whom films are rented shall give such information as may be required of him by a senior officer of customs for the purposes of this Act.

Any such renter, registered renter or hirer who gives any false information or omits to give any information which it is in his power to give shall be guilty of an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine.
