Clause 5

The Commissioners shall omit from the Revised Edition of Acts, such Acts as may be specified by the President by notification in the Gazette:Provided that anything in this Act to the contrary notwithstanding, such Acts and any Parts, sections or other divisions of such Acts shall remain in force until the same shall have been expressly repealed or shall have expired or become spent or had their effect.
