Clause 19
Appeal from decision of the Authority or the Comptroller
Where it is provided in this Act or any regulations made thereunder that the decision on any matter rests with the Authority or the Comptroller then unless it is specifically provided that such decision is at the absolute discretion of the Authority or the Comptroller, any person aggrieved by such decision may appeal therefrom to the Minister.
