Clause 20
Who may prosecute
Prosecutions in respect of offences committed under —
(a)
section 10 of this Act may be conducted by a senior officer of customs or any officer of customs specially authorised in writing in that behalf by the Comptroller; and
(b)
any other provisions of this Act or any regulations made thereunder may be conducted by an officer of the Authority specially or generally authorised in writing in that behalf by the Minister.
