Amendment of section 13
Section 13 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “under the provisions of this Part of this Ordinance” appearing in the first and second lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “in Singapore”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “a Registrar” appearing in the third line thereof and substituting therefor the words “the Registrar”.
