Amendment of section 28
Subsection (1) of section 28 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “solemnized by a person other than” appearing in the first and second lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “not solemnized by”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “seven days” appearing in paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the words “one month”.
