Amendment of section 113
Section 113 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the expression “minor children, the marriage of whose parents is the subject of such suit,” appearing in the sixth and seventh lines of subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “minor children of the marriage”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “children” appearing in the fifth line of subsection (2) thereof the words “of the marriage”.
