Clause 43

The following provisions of the Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “State Advocate-General” appearing therein and substituting therefor the word “Attorney-General”: —Sections 95(3), 95(4) and 95(6).

Subsection (2) of section 165 of the Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “the Legislative Assembly” and “the Assembly” appearing therein and substituting therefor in each case the word “Parliament”.
