Amendment of section 11

Section 11 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “under this Part of this Ordinance” appearing in the first and second lines thereof and substituting therefor the words “in Singapore”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “invalid” appearing in the second line thereof and substituting therefor the word “void”.
