Clause 83

Dissolution of corporate body

Where the administration of a charitable trust has been taken over by the Government or a statutory corporation or for any other sufficient cause it is expedient to dissolve a corporate body created under this Part of this Act, the Minister may by order direct the Public Trustee to strike the name of such corporate body off the register and the Public Trustee shall publish the aforesaid order in the Gazette and on publication in the Gazette of the aforesaid order the corporate body shall be dissolved.
