Amendment of section 24
Section 24 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “any” appearing in the first line of paragraph (a) thereof and substituting therefor the expression “the Director, any Assistant Director,”; and
(b)
by inserting immediately after the word “of” appearing in the first line of paragraph (c) thereof the expression “the Director, an Assistant Director,”.
