Amendment of section 2
Section 2 of the Prevention of Corruption Ordinance, 1960 (hereinafter in this Act referred to as “the Ordinance”) is hereby amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “under the Crown or” in the third line of the definition of “agent” appearing therein; and
(b)
by deleting the words “under the Crown or the Government or a public body includes the Crown or” in the sixth, seventh and eighth lines of the definition of “principal” appearing therein and substituting therefor the words “the Government or a public body includes”.
