Miscellaneous amendments
(1)
The following sections of the Fees Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “Yang di-Pertuan Negara” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor the words “Minister for Finance”: —Sections 2 (including marginal note), 6, 7 (including marginal note) and 9.
(2)
The following sections of the Fees Ordinance are hereby amended by deleting the words “the Colony” wherever they appear therein and substituting therefor the word “Singapore”: —Sections 2, 6, 7 and 8.
(3)
Section 3 of the Fees Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the words “the Legislative Assembly” appearing therein and substituting therefor the word “Parliament”.
