Clause 15

Persons allowing unlawful assembly in their premises

(1)

Any person who knowingly allows a meeting of an unlawful society, or of members of an unlawful society to be held in any house, building or place belonging to or occupied by him, or over which he has control, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both such fine and imprisonment.

(2)

Every offence under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall be deemed to be a non-bailable offence and a seizable case within the meaning of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 132).
