Clause 199

Investigation by resolution of company

(1)

A company (not being a declared company) may by special resolution appoint one or more inspectors to investigate its affairs.[Aust.s. 170.]

(2)

On the conclusion of the investigation the inspector shall report his opinion in such manner and to such persons as the company in general meeting directs.

(3)

The appointment of an inspector or inspectors pursuant to this section shall cease and determine forthwith upon a company becoming a declared company.
