Clause 334

On the registration of a foreign company under this Division or the lodging with the Registrar of particulars of a change or alteration in a matter referred to in paragraph (c), (d), or (f) of section 335 the Registrar shall issue a certificate in the prescribed form under his hand and seal which certificate shall be prima facie evidence in all courts of the particulars mentioned in the certificate.[Aust.s. 346 (9) (10).]

Nothing in this Division shall require a foreign company which was registered under any of the repealed written laws immediately before the date of the coming into operation of this Act as a foreign company to register pursuant to this Division but such a company shall comply with paragraphs (d) and (f) of subsection (1) of section 332 within one month after the date of the coming into operation of this Act.
