Clause 384

Power of Court to determine issue transmitted by court in Malaysia

If in the course of any winding-up in which an ancillary winding-up order has been made a dispute arises which, in the opinion of the court which made the winding-up order can be decided by the Court in Singapore in which the ancillary winding-up order was made more conveniently than by the court which made the winding-up order, such last mentioned court may frame an issue and transmit it to the Court in Singapore with a request for the trial thereof and the Court is hereby empowered to hear and determine any such issue and to transmit to the court which framed the issue a certificate of such determination.
