Effect of record of evidence of person examined by court in Malaysia
Where the court in Malaysia has transmitted to the Court the record of the examination of a person examined under the provision of the law of Malaysia corresponding to subsection (5) of section 383, such record shall have the same effect as the record of an examination before the Court under section 249.
