(a)

there shall be substituted for the words “section 255 of the Companies Ordinance” in paragraph (b), the words “section 292 of the Companies Act, 1966”; and

(b)

there shall be substituted for the words “section 79 of the Companies Ordinance” in paragraph (c), the words “section 191 of the Companies Act, 1966”.26 of 1961 The Road Traffic Ordinance, 1961 In section 2, in the definition of “company” there shall be substituted for the expression “section 2 of the Companies Ordinance, any company to which section 300 of the Companies Ordinance applies” the words “the Companies Act, 1966, any company to which Division 2 of Part XI of the Act applies”.of 1966 The Trustees Act, 1966 In paragraph 2 of Part III of the First Schedule to the Act —

(a)

there shall be substituted for the expression “subsections (3), (4), (5) and 6 of section 138 of the Companies Ordinance” appearing in the first and second lines thereof the expression “section 200 of the Companies Act, 1967,”; and

(b)

there shall be substituted for the expression “subsection (1) of the aforesaid section of the Companies Ordinance” appearing in the fourth and fifth lines thereof the expression “section 197 of the said Act”.
