Appointment of Bank
(1)
The Minister may appoint a Bank to perform the duties of the Treasury under this Part of this Act.
(2)
The Minister may fix such fee as he considers reasonable to be charged on the Consolidated Fund for the performance by the Bank of any duties under the provisions of this Act.
