Waiver of registration of statutory easements
The easements implied or created by this Act shall take effect and be enforceable without any memorial or notification on the folia of the subsidiary strata land-register and subsections (5) and (6) of section 76 of the Land Titles Ordinance, 1956 (Ord. 21 of 1956), shall not apply to such easements.
