Clause 27

A document may be served on the management corporation by sending it by registered post addressed to the management corporation at the address shown on the registered strata title plan or any amendment thereto.

The provisions of subsection (3) of section 45 of the Land Titles Ordinance, 1956 (Ord. 21 of 1956), shall apply to such service.
