Rules
(1)
The Minister may make rules not inconsistent with this Act for giving effect to the provisions of this Act and, in particular and without limiting the generality of the foregoing power, for or in respect of all or any of the following matters:—
(a)
the manner and form of registering a strata title plan;
(b)
the fees to be paid for any procedure or function required or permitted to be done under this Act and the remission of such fees.
(2)
All such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.
