Clause 4

Application of Land Titles Ordinance, 1956

The Land Titles Ordinance, 1956 (Ord. 21 of 1956), shall apply in all respects to land registered in any folium of the subsidiary strata land-register:Provided that if any provision of the Land Titles Ordinance, 1956 (Ord. 21 of 1956), is inconsistent with any provision of this Act, the latter provision shall prevail and the former provision shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, cease to apply.
