Clause 15

Any vessels, vehicles, stakes, nets, instruments or appliances used in the commission of any offence under this Act or of any rules made thereunder and any fish caught in contravention of the provisions of this Act or of any rules made thereunder may be forfeited to the Director and, if so forfeited, shall be disposed of in such manner as the Director may direct.
