Clause 9
Validity of Licences
(1)
Any licence issued under this Act or any rules made thereunder shall be valid only for the period, place or purpose specified therein.
(2)
Every licence issued under this Act or any rules made thereunder shall, unless the contrary is stated therein, expire on the thirty-first day of December of the year in which it is issued.
(3)
Licences issued under this Act or any rules made thereunder shall not be transferable.
