Clause 10

Every member of the Corps shall take an oath or affirmation in the form set out in the Schedule to this Act before the Commandant or such person as may be authorised by him.

Any member of the Corps who refuses to take such oath or affirmation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
