Clause 5
Establishment of a Records Committee
(1)
There shall be established a Records Committee, which shall consist of the Director as Chairman and five other members to be appointed by the Minister.
(2)
A member of the Committee shall hold office for such time as the Minister may direct and shall receive no remuneration for his services.
(3)
The function of the committee shall be to advise the Director on the carrying out of his functions under this Act.
(4)
Three members of the Committee shall form a quorum.
(5)
The Committee shall determine its own procedure.
