Amendment of section 7

Section 7 of the Criminal Justice (Temporary Provisions) Ordinance is hereby amended by deleting the word “Where” appearing in the first line thereof and substituting therefor the words “Notwithstanding anything contained in the Criminal Procedure Code relating to bail, where”.
