Amendment of section 20

Section 20 of the Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars” appearing in subsection (1) thereof and substituting therefor the words “imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding two thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine”; and

(b)

by inserting immediately after the words “police force” appearing in subsection (5) thereof the expression “, the vigilante corps”.
