Amendment of section 21

Section 21 of the Minor Offences Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the expression “, or is guilty of any riotous, disorderly or indecent behaviour,” appearing in the second and third lines thereof; and

(b)

by deleting the words “and disorderly behaviour” appearing in the marginal note thereto.
