New section 21B

The Minor Offences Ordinance is hereby amended by inserting immediately after section 21A thereof the following new section: —“Riotous, disorderly or indecent behaviour in, or in the immediate vicinity of, certain places21B. Any person who is found guilty of any riotous, disorderly or indecent behaviour in any public road or in any public place or place of public amusement or resort, or in the immediate vicinity of, or in, any court, public office, police station or place of worship, shall be guilty of an offence under this Ordinance and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding two hundred and fifty dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month, and on a second or subsequent conviction to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.”.
