Use of the Common Seal
The Common Seal of the Council shall not be used or affixed to any document except in the presence of the Chairman or a member of the Council and the Principal and in pursuance of a resolution duly passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Council and duly recorded in the minutes of such meeting.
