Clause 3

There shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act a College with the name and style of the Ngee Ann College, which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, with full power by and in such name to sue and be sued and to perform such other acts as bodies corporate may by law perform, and with other powers conferred by, under or by virtue of this Act.
