Clause 6

Quorum

(1)

Every question before the Board at any meeting shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present.

(2)

Seven members of the Board shall constitute a quorum at any meeting.

(3)

The chairman at any meeting shall have an original vote and, in the case of an equality of votes, shall have a casting vote.
