Clause 22

Any person who refuses or wilfully neglects to comply with any requisition or order of the Board made under this Act, or destroys or withholds any document required to be produced or transmitted by him, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding four hundred dollars, and in the case of a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for every day during which the offence is continued after conviction.
