Power of Board to frame new scheme
Whenever it appears to the Board to be desirable that a scheme should be framed and approved for the application or management or change in the management of any endowment, or for the closing and winding up of any endowment, the Board may frame such scheme and submit it for the approval of the High Court in the manner and subject to the provisions hereinafter mentioned.
