Clause 31
Court may alter or modify or approve scheme
(1)
After the expiration of one month from the time when such notice was given such petition shall be heard on a day to be fixed by the Court.
(2)
At the hearing of the petition the Court shall consider any objections so made as aforesaid, and may, if it thinks fit, alter or modify the scheme according to any such objections, and after all such objections have been made the Court may proceed to approve such scheme and to certify the same in the manner hereinafter mentioned.
