Schemes when approved to be certified by the Court
(1)
Every scheme approved by the Court shall be certified by it, and for that purpose shall be embodied in a certificate to be made and signed by the Court.
(2)
A copy of such certificate shall be exhibited at some convenient place in which the endowment in question is wholly or partially situate.
(3)
From the date of such certificate the property and the funds of such endowment shall be applied, and such endowment shall be managed, in accordance with the scheme thereby certified.
