Rules
(1)
The Minister, acting on the advice of the Board, may make such rules as seem to him necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act.
(2)
Such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.
