Rules
(1)
The Minister may make rules generally for carrying out the provisions of this Act and for the guidance of officers in all matters connected with this Act.
(2)
Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1) of this section the Minister may make rules —
prescribing the practice and procedure of the Board;
prescribing the fees to be charged in dealing with applications for recovery of possession of controlled premises under this Act; and
prescribing the places where and the times at which applications for the recovery of possession of controlled promises under this Act shall be heard by the Board.
(3)
All such rules shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as may be after publication.
